Not fully able to explain why I feel so utterly like them.
Personality can slightly alter when I am kinning them.
Way of talking and moving can change.Medium: I feel like them. I can change slightly when kinning them. (Basically, the same as high but not quite as strong.)Low: I either just really like them or the kin just- appeared one day for no reason. No real explanation.
Personality can slightly change.-Explaining how I kinIt's not necessarily a coping thing for me. Atleast, not coping from trauma.
If it is, it's because of my clinical depression and anxiety.It's more of a very stong connection with fictional characters.
I tend to care more about them then I do for real people. I can't control that.
So, when I found about kinnies, it was like- everything just made sense. It explained so much.
Why I always gravitated towards certain characters more so then even the most obsessive of fans.
It wasn't obsession for me. It was a connection.
And I was finally able to put it into words.-More to explainI think how I kin tends to be slightly different then most peoples, from those that I have spoken to.
Because- I get memories from my high and medium kins (I thought it was fairly normal. Some disagree.)I think it's a combination of:
● Clinical depression.
● Clinical anxiety.
● My autism/ADHD (Whichever the idiots that call themselves psychologists decide to label me as.)
● My maladaptive daydreaming disorder. (Self diagnosed. But I spent a long while researching it and learning all I could.)
● The fact that I can have 'vivid/lucid dreams' basically by choice from meditation and a weird imagination. (Years of that.)
● I also have almost a, sort of like BBC Sherlock esq, mind palace. Very realistic. I can walk around it and control it.All of these things came together and now my brain kind of- recreates memories of characters experiences. Without my permission. And throws them at me without warning.
Good or bad. Either.
